XBurma currently operates as an online catalogue and hosting or information-location service for material obtained from third-party sources. XBurma does not hire, contract for, manage or arrange the participation of performers in the creation of those source works and does not represent itself as their primary producer.
Whether a particular person or activity is subject to 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 or 2257A depends on facts and applicable law. This statement is not a blanket exemption, a certification about every third-party work or a substitute for a producer's required statement.
Records associated with source works
Where federal recordkeeping law applies to a source work, the producer responsible for creating the depiction is expected to maintain the performer identification and age records and publish the location of those records as required by law. XBurma does not claim to be the custodian of a third-party producer's performer records unless it has expressly accepted that role in writing.
Adult-only and consent policy
XBurma prohibits content depicting anyone under 18, child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate imagery and content created through trafficking, coercion or exploitation. Catalogue approval is not a guarantee that a third party's records are complete; credible reports are reviewed and access may be disabled while facts are checked.
Report a records or age concern
If you have evidence that a depicted person was under 18, that a producer's required statement is missing or inaccurate, or that content was created without valid consent, use the Report control on the page and email dmca@xburma.app. Include the exact URL and describe the concern without attaching or forwarding illegal imagery. Reports involving possible minors are prioritised and access may be disabled immediately during review.
