1. Acceptance and eligibility
By accessing XBurma, you agree to these Terms and the linked policies. You may use the service only if you are at least 18, have legal capacity to agree to these Terms and may lawfully access adult content in your location. If any condition is not met, do not use XBurma.
2. Accounts
Registration information must be accurate and must not impersonate another person. You are responsible for protecting your password and for activity carried out through your account. Notify XBurma if you reasonably believe an account has been compromised.
3. Permitted use
XBurma grants a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to access the service for personal viewing. This does not transfer ownership or a licence to reproduce, sell, publicly distribute, scrape, mirror or commercially exploit any catalogue content.
4. Prohibited conduct
You must not use the service to:
- access, publish or request content involving anyone under 18;
- publish non-consensual intimate imagery, coercive material or private information;
- infringe copyright, privacy, publicity or other rights;
- harass, threaten, defraud, impersonate or exploit another person;
- introduce malware, evade access controls or interfere with service availability;
- use automated collection at a scale that burdens the service; or
- use XBurma for conduct prohibited by applicable law.

5. Comments and other submissions
You retain any rights you hold in text you submit. You give XBurma a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce and moderate that submission only as needed to operate and protect the service. Do not submit confidential material. XBurma may remove submissions or restrict accounts when reasonably necessary for safety, policy enforcement or legal compliance.
6. Third-party content and services
Catalogue pages may describe or link to media associated with third parties. XBurma does not guarantee that third-party titles, descriptions, availability or rights information are complete. Ads and external services have their own terms and privacy practices.
7. Reports and enforcement
XBurma may investigate reports, preserve evidence where legally required, disable content during review, reject abusive reports and cooperate with valid legal process. The DMCA policy and Content Removal policy explain specialised procedures.
8. Availability and disclaimers
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, XBurma disclaims implied warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms excludes a right or remedy that applicable law does not permit XBurma to exclude.
9. Changes and severability
Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date on this page. Continued use after a change takes effect means you accept the revised Terms. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
