Zero-tolerance safety rules
XBurma prohibits:
- any sexual depiction, sexualisation or solicitation involving a person under 18;
- child sexual abuse material, grooming or links intended to locate such material;
- non-consensual intimate imagery, hidden-camera sexual content or threats to publish it;
- content produced through trafficking, coercion, blackmail, incapacitation or exploitation; and
- credible threats, instructions to harm a person, or disclosure of private identifying information.
Other prohibited material
- content that infringes copyright, privacy, publicity or trademark rights;
- impersonation presented as a real person or deceptive identity claims;
- unlawful goods, services or instructions intended to facilitate crime;
- malware, credential theft, deceptive redirects, spam or manipulation of engagement; and
- material whose publication would violate a binding court order or applicable law.
Comments and account behaviour
Comments must not harass performers or other visitors, request illegal content, disclose personal information, contain threats or coordinate abuse. Display names must not impersonate a person or organisation. Repeated or serious violations may result in removal, account restriction and preservation of relevant evidence.
Context and enforcement
XBurma evaluates context, severity, credibility and available evidence. Enforcement can include label correction, loss of interaction access, page restriction, content removal or referral required by law. These Guidelines do not prevent XBurma from acting on conduct that creates a comparable safety or legal risk even if it is not listed word for word.
Report a violation
Use the on-page Report control or follow the Content Removal policy. Do not download, reproduce or forward suspected illegal imagery to make a report; provide the URL and a description instead.
